The FAA rules on skydiving sex stunt

The FAA rules on skydiving sex stunt - The FAA rules on the skydiving sex stunt performed by porn star Alex Torres saying it didnt violate any regulations. The Federal Aviation Administration says a videotaped skydiving sex(see below) stunt did not result in a violation of any regulations and the pilot wasn't distracted during the incident over Kern County.

FAA spokesman Ian Gregor said Thursday that available video evidence confirms the pilot's account that he was not distracted and the shoot didn't interfere with his duties. The video shows part-time skydiving instructor and porn star Alex Torres and the receptionist from Skydive Taft engaging in sex in the plane and after jumping out.

According to owner David Chrouch, Porn star Alex Torres and the part-time skydiving instructor working for Skydive Taft have both been fired saying he has not yet fired the woman engaged in the sex stunt, Hope Howell, the receptionist for Skydive Taft.

The skydiving sex stunt was caught on video and reveals Hope Howell and Alex Torres having sex on the plane, before jumping off and continuing midair.

NBC station KGET-TV in Bakersfield reported that Chrouch said that Torres put the stunt together in an attempt to get the attention of Howard Stern.

"Apparently they told my pilot it was OK to do this. And got here early in the morning before anyone got here and shot this," Chrouch told KGET.

As for the copule and skydiving instructor, no charges will be filed. No one was able to see their public sex act or nudity as it happened, and all the people involved were of legal consenting age.
