Back in February, Justin Bieber's fans sent death threats to Esperanza Spalding when she beat him out for a Grammy. Her only crime? Being a good singer. If Beliebers go after someone for that, imagine what they're doing with this Justin Bieber baby drama. Well, actually, you don't have to imagine. Here are some highlights from Twitter:

Attorney Lance Rogers told Star magazine: "Mariah Yeater is pursuing a modest and rightful claim. There is credible evidence that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of her baby. The evidence will be revealed in court." Yeater alleges that Bieber approached her after a concert and asked politely to bang her. Of course, she said yes. And because it was his "first time", Justin didn't want to use a condom, Yeater claims. And Yeaters' lawyers make a good point about the response to the Justin Bieber baby drama:
"It is noteworthy that Justin Bieber himself has not denied the fundamental fact that he had unprotected sex with Mariah Yeater following a concert in Los Angeles. If Justin Bieber is willing to voluntarily undergo a paternity, test Ms. Yeater welcomes such cooperation and will be happy to resolve this issue in a less public manner.
